Oleta River State Park offers a new walking club.  It will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00pm through 7:00pm.

Come out and join a Park Ranger, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, walk through various scenic trails while experiencing the sights and sounds of nature. 

The cost is general park admission.  Comfortable walking shoes and water are suggested.  Reservations are required.  Please contact Laura Kruger at 305-919-1844 or via email at laura.kruger@dep.state.fl.us

Oleta River Adventure Association has opened a permanant orienteering course in the park.  Maps and compasses are available at the ranger station.  The fee is $5 which helps to maintain the course.

Join us for a fun filled evening starting with a campfire at 6:00pm and then move onto the night hike through the bike trails that begins at 7:30pm.  Please feel free to bring a beverage or a snack. 

Advanced registration is mandatory, as you will need a code to enter the park and the designated meeting place.

PLEASE NOTE

If you are participating in the night hike, you must wear sneakers or hiking shoes.  No exceptions, it is for your own safety.  You must bring a flash light or headlamp.  No exceptions, it is for your own safety.

The fee this program is $4 per person.

Mystery Mountain Bike Nite Ride Riders will meet in parking lot 1, you must have your own helmet and lights. Experience all that Oleta has to offer to mountain bikers… in the dark!
